All our public areas are now non-smoking in accordance with
the Smoke Free legislation brought in on 1st July 2007. We do not provide
smoking bedrooms for guests, and as such smoking in bedrooms is now against
the law.

Only one offer or promotion can be used per reservation. Confirmation
We ask for a £20.00 deposit per person to secure the booking, which is then
allowed against your account on departure.
We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy and notification is required in
writing. Failure to comply may result in the loss of any monies paid. If you
cancel your booking within 48-hours and we re-let the accommodation, we
shall return your deposit. In the event of a non-arrival we reserve the
right to recover the full amount for the accommodation.
We do not make a service charge and all prices are per room, per night and include
VAT. Gratuities are at your discretion
Check in and check out
Rooms are usually ready by 2:30pm on the day of arrival and we ask that on
your day of departure you vacate your room by 11:00am. If you arrive before
2:30pm then we will can store your luggage
Restaurant Bookings
Our restaurant offers guests the very best local produce served in a relaxed
environment. If you wish to dine in the restaurant and are booked on a bed
and breakfast basis then please contact Reception.
Parking
Ample private parking available on site.
Pets
Quiet well behaved dogs are welcome, own bedding must be provided, dogs are
not permitted in the dining room.
